Frequent Flyer Programs Explained

Airlines run frequent flyer programs as a way of gaining customer loyalty. A frequent flyer program gives you points each time you fly. The number of points will depend on where you are flying to. The points can be exchanged for reqards such as free air tickets or special products or services. Many frequent flyer programs also have special lounges, bookings and/or deals for their customers, thus ensuring the customer gets a good deal and will remain loyal to the company.
