Hong Kong Hotels

Hong Kong is comprised over over 260 islands and it based on the eastern banks of the Pearl River Delta and faces the South China sea in the south. Hong Kong used to be a Crown Colony of the UK, however in 1997, the sovereignty was passed to the People’s Republic of China.

Hong Kong is often refered to as a place where ‘east meets west’. This refers to the fact that you will find traditional chinese activities such as herbal medicine or Buddhist temples next to western activities such as a McDonalds or a Catholic Church. Both English and Chinese are widely spoken throughout Hong Kong and most people speak both fluently.

London is the UK’s capital city. It has a thriving tourist industry formed from great tourist hotspots such as the Tower of London, Camden Market and Oxford Street. London also has the busiest airport in the world - Heathrow.

As well as being a tourist hub in Europe, London is also one of the economic capitals in Europe, so plenty of business people descend on the capital each day for meetings and work. Hotels in Cairns

Cairns is a city in Queensland, Australia and was originally named after the then-governor of Queensland, William Wellington Cairns.

Cairns is a popular tourist destination because it has a hot, tropical climate and is near to many areas of interest - the Great Barrier Reef is less than an hour away, and there are national parks and rainforests near-by as well as several small theme parks. The abundance of tourist attractions means that hotels have sprung up to cater for the tourists. Beijing is the capital city of the People’s Republic of China and sits in the North-East of the country. Bangkok Hotels

Bangkok is the largest city in Thailand, and also serves as the country’s capital. The official census shows that Bangkok is home to just under 6.5 million people, however it is estimated that there are at least twice that number. Bangkok is the wealthiest city in Thailand, as well as being the most populated, and it is becoming one of the financial and economic centres in Southeast Asia. It is also one of the World’s top torism hotspots with a wealth of culture and history - there are historical venues such as the Grand Palace, alongside huge shopping malls, ancient and not-so-ancient temples, and varying monuments dotted around the city. With such a diverse range of attractions, it is easy to see why so many tourists come to Thailand.

Gold Coast Hotels

The Gold Coast is lcoated on the south-eastern corner of Queensland and has the second highest population in the state. The area is on the coast and therefore attracts a lot of tourists. Due to the high quantities of tourists that pass through the area, there are plenty of hotels to choose from - from big chains such as Radisson and Holiday Inn, to smaller Australia only chains, to small independent hotels.

There are plenty of hotels to choose from, right up to 5 star hotels. Rates will vary according to the season and the hotel, however book early and you will probably grab yourself a bargain!

Adelaide Hotels

Adelaide is the capital of South Australia and is also the most populous city down south with a population of over 1.1 million. The city was originally named in honour of Queen Adelaide who was the then consort of King William VI. The city itself was founded in 1836 and is now the seat of Government and commercial centre for southern Australia.
